One of my regular corporate clients today, sitting in on their feedback session and recording the positive points as a caricature composition. Caricatures work really well in these group settings and offer a memento for those taking part, a reminder of their strengths, in caricature form. After 15+ years of facilitating at these events, I still find it a welcome challenge for the old grey matter!
