Last weekend I attended one of my more regular annual events for a favourite client; Ricoh Women’s British Open golf tournament at the Royal Birkdale GC in Southport. The sun was shining, the grass was green and the panteloons were pink and yellow on the tees. I was stationed in the clubhouse to draw digital caricatures on a new Ricoh digital whitboard. I also drew a few caricatures on my clipboard for those who wanted a hard copy to take away. This was my first time working on this large format digital drawing screen, but the caricatures flowed and I soon got the hang of it. Goes to show what a flexible, adaptable bunch caricaturists are!
